Successful Microsoft Gold Partner ADM Computing is seeking an enthusiastic, hard working Senior IT Engineer to join our busy support team of 20 x engineers. Based from our Canterbury offices you will be required to assist other engineers while completing installations across Kent and the South East.
Experience in any of the following advantageous:
• Windows server 2003 / 2008
• Exchange
• Cisco Networks
• VMware virtualisation
Experience in either a Call Centre environment, Service industry with customer facing experience or IT admin for large organisation would be advantageous while the ideal applicant may have a MCITP qualification.
The role involves providing internal second line IT support working with both customers and more junior colleagues. Other duties in a varied role may include undertaking network surveys and audits and assisting with new network installations at businesses across Kent and the South East.
The successful applicant will need an excellent telephone manner, good communication and customer service skills. Due to the nature of this role applicants must be flexible as some weekend and after hours work may be required in some cases (overtime applicable). In addition to this applicants must be willing to visit customer sites as and when required. The successful applicant may be required to assist the Network Infrastructure (Cabling) Department during busy periods. Experience in networking, server/operating systems and application support is essential.

Job Title: Sales Marketer
Salary: £13 - £15k plus commission.
Summary of role and expectations: You are dynamic, not afraid of the phone and have excellent communication skills. We want you to promote and sell our award winning customer service team. Job Title: IT Solutions Advisor/Accounts Manager
Salary: £14-15k plus generous uncapped commission. Typical OTE £30k after one year.
Summary of role and expectations: You should have a good technical knowledge, and have a IT related qualification. Good communication and presentations skills essential.
We want you to visit and advise customers and prospects on how to get the most out of IT. You will be be required to write proposals for networks, cabling and Tele communications. So a knowledge of these areas is essential.
