All Maintenance Agreements begin with a free of charge, no obligation, site survey detailing the present system in place, and is followed by a breakdown report of relevant options and costings for support.
Service Level Agreement
Business Continuity is of ever increasing importance, and ADM's Service Level Agreement is designed to assist your organisation in achieving their goals.
This contract offers pro-active tailored visits, and compliments the maintenance and FM contracts in assuring the business infrastructure is as effective as possible. The Service Level Agreement can be provided for a wide variety of work, including upgrades, preventative maintenance, data restoration trials and servicing of equipment.
Telephone Support and Remote Assistance
Obtaining assistance as quickly as possible is essential to all organisations. ADM Computing offer telephone support and remote assistance so that any issues can, if possible, be resolved without the wait or cost of a call out. This allows for issues to be resolved with minimal downtime.
